Vale do Milho Golf is a very friendly par-3 course with nine holes close to the coastal village of Carvoeiro. Being only 926 metres in length it is a excellent course for beginners to practice and regular players to improve on their short game.

As 70% of the game of golf is decided with approach and putting, the course has been specifically designed to test and improve a players skills in these areas. The greens are built to provide a very consistant putting surface, and are also especially receptive to a well struck shot. Below are comments from Derek about playing the course. 

There are an adequate number of bunkers and water hazards to keep most players keenly interested. The second hole is a good example of the essence of this course.
