Salobre golf course is located within a landscape which is characteristic of the southern area of the island, with precipices and views of the mountain and the sea, contrasting the green and garden areas with a desert environment.  The course is very entertaining for any level of play.

The Salobre philosophy is to offer all customers a high quality service which includes in the green fee; tees, water, pitchforks, golfcar, course book, valet parking and personalised tags.

A second course at Salobre golf club, known as the north course, is currently under construction, designed by Ron Kirby which will open in 2006 accompanying the opening of the Hotel Sheraton Salobre.
