This wonderful apartment on the Costa de Valencia is positioned on the spectacular Oliva Nova Golf and Beach Resort offering truly great facilities with all ages catered for. The blue flag beach front of the Mediterranean Sea is just a ten minute walk away.

On site amenities include a supermarket, bars and a choice of restaurants. The complex offers a variety of sporting options including football, tennis, a leisure spa, driving range and the amazing 18 golf course designed by Spanish golfing legend Seve Ballesteros. Other superb courses are in the vicinity particularly La Sella Golf Resort and Spa at the Marriott Denia designed by José Maria Olazabal.

The peaceful setting, with a large adult and childrens pool has nearby, has sun loungers for use by the guests. The lounge has a sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV, dining table with six chairs and leads out to a large balcony with seating.

It is ideally situated between Alicante and Valencia airports and approximately one hour from each and a pleasant drive to the coastal resorts of Moraira and Calpe. Denia is 10km away, a large town with many shops, bars, restaurants and a great port with ferries to Ibiza. The traditional unspoilt Spanish town of Oliva is 3km away and offers additional choices for food and drink and a place to relax.

With the region averaging nearly three hundred sunny days a year this apartment is the perfect holiday for everyone.

The Golf

This superb package includes a total of three rounds of golf at the Oliva Nova Golf Course.

Designed and built by Seve Ballesteros, the Oliva Nova Golf Club course is a par 72 links course of 6,350m with a slope of 120. Oliva Nova’s main characteristic is that 15 of its 18 holes involve water obstacles. The only holes that have no water obstacles are numbers 2, 13 and 14. This is a technical course over gently undulating ground.

It is easy to walk, and adheres to the traditional formula of four par 3's, four par 5's and ten par 4's, where good golf shots are rewarded and bad ones are not.

Located on the slopes of a mountain, the La Sella Golf Club sits next to Montgó natural park, and is surrounded by Mediterranean woodland and hills. Pine trees, orange trees, olives and almonds add colour to the course and, although they are pretty to look at, will cause big problems for less accurate players.

The par 72 course is varied and requires good course management, its moderate in length requires the use of every club in the bag. The course design means it is suitable for players of all handicaps, with a good variation in the teeing areas.

The golf course designer, with the expert help of José María Olazábal, fashioned the course so that if you miss the green, you will need all the virtuosity of the Spanish Champion to save par.

The second bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is a separate bathroom fully tiled with a shower. The golf holiday apartment has air conditioning/heating, is electric gated with secure parking and phone entry system.

Electric shutters and mosquito blinds are on the windows. It is suitable for children and has lift access.
